Description
This is actually an introductory course to how some of our nutrition directly destroys our hormones, and therefore our quality of life. I cover a few topics, such as prions, the biggest nutrient sabotager, and the solution to that, and I even throw a few tidbits in there about fasting. This course is meant to be very enlightening AND practical in this very moment. This is absolutely not a program to give individual medical advice. However, this is a program to give you practical information that you can use this very day or night in your home to start improving your own health. And how our own nutrition makes or breaks what should or should not be happening with our body.
