Our values are an expression of both who we are and who we aspire to be. They are guideposts that illuminate our way and keep us honest as we strive to make a positive impact. This course will help you identify your individual core values, discuss the importance of team values, and provide direction for how to live out your values both individually and as a team.In this course, you'll get an assessment, activities, stories and illustrations, and a next steps guide. You also get handouts, a facilitation guide for leading a group through this course, and videos to make the course as easy as possible for your team to walk through. It's everything you need for you or a team to get going and get growing. Let us do the work of providing the content. You do the work of becoming the leaders your team needs you to be. You may find this course enlightening on your own, but the magic happens when you take it with others. As such, this course is designed for a group to take together.
