1 year Dental Assisting Experience or have graduated from a CODA dental assisting program.
Description
Welcome to the online portion of your course. You will be required to complete all assignments and quizzes before being assigned a classroom/lab time. Please contact the instructor with any questions about your coursework. Our instructors will contact you within 24 hours. This course includes slides, PowerPoints, ada recommendations and videos. In order to receive a certificate a full course fee must be paid to our facility for both the online and classroom/lab portions. You must be a Dental assistant in the state of Indiana and meet the minimum requirements before taking this course set by the State of Indiana Board of Dentistry. The state of Indiana requires that Dental assistants must complete an approved course and have clinical training before they can Coronal polish or apply fluoride. The second portion of this course is IN PERSON at our facility. This course meets the requirements set forth by the state of Indiana. The course provides instruction in Coronal polishing and fluoride application and is an invite only course.
