Styles and techniques covered include Stanislavski's system (sense memory, emotional memory, the magic if, given circumstances), Characterisation (inner monologue, statis), Improvisation and the Meisner Technique (repetition, point of view, third moment). Section two includes advice and practical direction on numerous topics including auditioning, getting an agent, self taping, cvs, headshots, showreels, acting colleges, networking and getting started in the industry. This section also includes an advise section from guest actors, directors and producers.
