Description
Let's remember our worth, in doing so we remember ourselves. Course exercises that will help us in these endeavors, will include rescripting, visualizing, manifesting, retraining, meditation, positive self-talk. These are powerful exercises that are also mindful of your limited time. Exercises that you can do daily, even throughout the day, to help you gain your focus or to even refocus. Throughout this course we are building on the last lessons learned. We are forever learning. We are encapsulating ourselves in the magic that is knowing our self-worth, maybe being reminded of it again, and walking in it with confidence. In this course we focus on finding our niche in life, our purpose. If this has eluded us, we experience helpful exercises to bring that back into focus. We speak self-worth to ourselves, and we speak our self-worth to others. We create recipes that propel us through our day with helpful remembers of our worth. We walk in courage that all things are possible there is enough abundance to go around, and that we can do anything we set out to do. We say no, to no's and move forward with our goals and dreams, healing past hurts that may continue to keep us held back. We team up with the inner child who is much wiser than we credit it. The one who knew our joys and talents way back when and who will remind us of these again.
