Although the subject is rather classical and somehow well established it is vast and can be difficult to grasp if went in to details. In this course it is aimed to be as short, lean and as easily understandable as possible with minimum of wording and maximum of drawings, figures and tables. A course on "electromechanical energy conversion" is a necessity in all universities and colleges entitled to grant a licence for electrical engineering.
