Interestingly procurement is a professional that is often compartmentalised, that is sometimes different teams manage isolated aspects of the journey.For example in this session; the Discovery stage, it may be performed by senior staff then handed to the procurement team to develop specifications and issue to market, whereas in other companies or government agencies the initial stages may be performed by a business manager who may then engage procurement to follow the process.
