Welcome to my course "BPD Healing and Superpowers". I'm Bex Renee, a Reiki Master and Shamanic/Nordic healer, course designer, and content creator. I specialize in designing subliminals and meditations, as well as neuroscience, witchcraft, and frequencies (I also dabble in tarot and astrology in my spare time).I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and ADHD three to four years ago and felt it was time to create this course. I've compiled my knowledge and techniques from my professional expertise and my personal BPD healing journey.In this course, we're going to approach things differently. We'll start by discussing the three therapies: DBT, Schema therapy, and MBT. Then, we'll delve into the nine BPD criteria and how to work on them individually for healing. We'll also explore the neuroscience of BPD and learn about the brain, gaining awareness of our behaviors. Moving forward, we'll learn to embrace the shadow part of ourselves through ancestral healing, brain reiki, inner child healing, core wounds, and other shadow work tips. Finally, we'll conclude with the "self-love" section, where we'll explore loving ourselves, having compassion for ourselves and others, healing with reiki, writing a love letter to ourselves, and transforming BPD into a superpower.This course provides ample resources and activities for you to work on in your own time. The lectures are designed to be colorful, versatile, and easy to follow and understand. All you need for this course is a pen and paper to take notes.Remember, there's no right or wrong way to heal BPD. I've included a wealth of information so you can find the healing methods that work best for you. Despite being a single mother with three children, managing a four-bedroom house, and running a business, I've been able to manage my ADHD and BPD, and I believe you can too.Let's not pay attention to negative claims about BPD on the internet. With consistency and time, BPD can be healed, managed, and even used for good. You just have to take those steps.
