If we learn to return our energy to flow, then we can live in love, joy and abundance. We manifest from our energy. When we are in chaotic energy, we manifest anxiety. When we are in stagnant energy, we manifest depression. When we are in flow, we manifest abundance. Learn how in this course.We have been taught that stress is normal, but it is not. Chronic stress causes mental and physical illness. Energy healing is the clearing and maintenance of your energy at all levels to bring a life of health, love and joy. This is the foundation course in a series that is the curriculum to understand how to thrive as a human.This course covers an explanation of energy, its 3 states and 4 levels. We then learn about grounding and meditation for clearing energy. Energy flow aligns with self-love so we need to learn about what stops us from loving ourselves so that people can steal our energy. We cover boundaries and power. Then you can learn to love with joy and manifest abundance in your life in health, wealth and relationships.
