As per the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga is skill in action - "Yoga Karmasu Kaushalam". This doesn't limit Yoga to a 1-hour class or practice on the mat, but reminds the sincere seeker that every action performed with awareness and excellence is Yoga. When we perform every karma consciously and with non-attachment, we tread the path of Karma Yoga. Karma yoga is defined as any action performed with meditative awareness.
