This course is full of information that is usually only given to gymnasts at the highest level, tools and strategies that the best gymnasts in the world use to compete at a high level consistently, but I think it's time that these tools become available for gymnasts of all ages and skills levels. In this course you'll get a front row seat to the same lessons taught at the elite levels. You'll learn how to create confidence before you even hop onto the beam, how to take control of your self-talk and shut down negative thinking, how to manage your emotions and perform under pressure, why your nerves are actually good for you, and how to create bulletproof pre-beam routines.
