I learned all this information while studying QHHT and BQH modalities which involve a Past Life Regression element along with Higher Self connection. I created this course because I had difficulty connecting to my own Higher Self during sessions on me and that's why I wanted to help others with the insight I gained. This course focuses on how to connect to the Higher Self easily and directly without the need for meditation - although if you wish to try meditation as well, please do so. Anything that can help you relax and connect is indeed welcome! I have not included a meditation in this course because there are already so many amazing ones out there you can try. I just wanted to focus on how to create a deep and direct Higher Self Connection and then how to identify and know for sure that it really was your Higher Self you were speaking to - the last module will help to alleviate any doubts you had/have.
