In this course we will address the topic of communication. We will not pull the white rabbit out of the hat or some trick to persuade others as if we were in a movie.Instead, in this course we are going to understand and analyze how there are different nuances of personality that can allow us to understand how our interlocutor reasons, what motivates him, and finally how he forms his decision-making process.We will understand that although each of us has our own specific personalities, these can be "typified" into a finite number of homogeneous behaviors that we can understand and with which relating becomes easier.We will analyze two important and complementary toolsOn the one hand, the study of personality based on the 4 Colors system (4 subtypes).We will then continue on a journey into the world of NLP, going through what are the mechanisms behind people's decision making.By the end of this journey you will be more aware of how you are, the reasons behind your choices, and how you relate to others.You will also learn how to modulate your communication to be more effective, to conduct better business negotiations or simply learn how to understand and be understood better.COMMUNICATION and NLP BASICS is the first step into a new world, the world of communication that is not just about words spoken, but more importantly how those words are chosen.In more than 20 years alongside entrepreneurs I have had the opportunity to gather experiences, tips and strategies that I have summarized here for you to help you Create, Manage and Develop your business.I am Luca Zoppei, author of GUIDE YOURSELF TO SUCCESS and this course of mine is for you !!!
