This is a course for curious learners, explorers, therapists and researchers. In this course we will enter into the world of embodiment by utilizing both fascia research and existential practice. Body can be a valuable tool to gather information about ourselves both as a resource for self inquiry and a source for grounding and exploration. In this course we will do a brief introduction about a certain methodology. How can this scientifically loaded area of fascia can translate into simple yet profound practices? What are the ways that existential practice can contribute to our perception on embodiment? How can we train our minds to cultivate readiness and resilience to be present and aware enough to see what is really happenning? What are the steps for a fascia informed and safe embodied practice? Let's start together and be ready to explore new things about yourselves. All you need is a pen and paper. Despite the other practices and exercises from the field of fascia research, this course requires nothing other than your attentiveness and may be a pen and a paper. I hope this course contributes in some way to your endeavor to discover and understand yourself and the ones around you.
