Let's make it practical and hands-on.In this project-style course, you'll build an end-to-end solution from scratch using Salesforce Data Cloud. We start by setting up a clean Developer Edition playground, then we will create free Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage accounts, and we will prepare our environment for real implementation work.We will ingest data from multiple systems, harmonise inconsistent values and model it to standard and custom Data Model objects. From there, we will configure an Identity Resolution ruleset to link records from all our systems into a single, unified profile.Next, we will create calculated insights to derive delinquency risk and build a powerful Einstein AI model to predict which finance agreements are likely to default. You'll learn how to evaluate and activate these predictions in Data Cloud.Finally, you'll design powerful segments, publish and activate them to external destinations, and surface Data Cloud insights directly inside Salesforce using standard enrichment components, copy-field enrichments and related lists, so CRM users can see the full customer story without leaving Salesforce.No coding or previous Data Cloud experience is required.
