such as selectivity, sensitivity, speed, reliability, and security. Special emphasis is placed on the concept of protection zones, highlighting their importance in achieving accurate fault isolation while maintaining system integrity through proper coordination and overlapping schemes.
In addition, the course explores the design and operation of three-phase current transformer (CT) circuits, including correct wiring practices, polarity considerations, ratio selection, and common configurations used in protection schemes.
